- Usage data: information about how you use our website and Service.
- Marketing data: your opt-in preference for receiving marketing SMS communications from us. This is separate from core workflow notifications, which are sent as a necessary part of delivering the Service.

We use your personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
- Process transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.

3a. SMS Communications
Core workflow SMS โ We send SMS messages as a necessary part of delivering the Service: job assignment confirmations, scheduling reminders, tradesperson on-site notifications, and work-completion alerts. These are sent whenever a verified mobile number is on file and cannot be individually opted out of, as they are integral to the workflow. You can remove your mobile number from your account at any time to stop all SMS.
Marketing SMS โ With your explicit consent (opt-in checkbox during onboarding or in Settings), we may also send promotional messages, tips, and re-engagement notifications.
- You may withdraw consent for marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message, or by unchecking the marketing SMS option in Settings.
- For help, reply HELP to any SMS from us.
- Message frequency for marketing SMS varies; core workflow messages are sent per job event.
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
- Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect core workflow notifications or your ability to use the Service.
3b. Email Communications
Transactional emails โ We send emails as a necessary part of delivering the Service: account verification, job assignment confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, and terms-of-service update notices. These are sent to your registered email address and cannot be individually opted out of, as they are integral to your use of PropCommand.
Marketing emails โ With your explicit consent (opt-in checkbox during onboarding or in Settings), we may also send promotional emails, tips, newsletters, and re-engagement messages.
- You may withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by unchecking the marketing email option in Settings.
- Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional or service emails or your ability to use the Service.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist us in operating our Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Tradespeople on our platform as necessary to facilitate job bidding and fulfilment on your behalf.
- Legal authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
- Business transferees in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
